Journey to Justice™: Centering identity, culture, and equity

Anahsa’s Journey to Justice™ experience supports participants to understand how identities intersect with systems of oppression in organizations and society. Participants immediately begin implementing the tools necessary to dismantle inequity (e.g. racism, sexism, and ableism) within their environments.

Sample Journey to Justice™ curriculum topics:

  • Reflecting on personal and social identities

  • Practicing identifying systems of oppression

  • Creating personal missions centering equity and joy

  • Exploring resources to support participants’ ongoing learning

Journey to Liberation™: Leadership for identity, culture, and equity in organizations

Anahsa's Journey to Liberation™ experience supports leaders to create equitable, anti-racist, and joyful organizations. Participants immediately begin implementing the leadership tools and frameworks necessary to dismantle inequity (e.g. racism, sexism, and ableism) within their organizations.

Sample Journey to Liberation™ curriculum topics:

  • Deepening an understanding of how one’s personal social identities impact their capacity to lead for equity

  • Understanding how white supremacy culture impacts organizations and leadership

  • Exploring theory-based and practice-proven tools to develop a comprehensive vision for culturally and racially responsive leadership
