Hi! I’m Takiema (she/her), CEO and Founder of Anahsa Consulting. I’ve worked as an executive coach, leader, adviser, and educator for nearly three decades. My mission is to support you in understanding how you can build a more liberated organization and society in ways that feel authentic and manageable for you.
Through my executive and leadership coaching, and expertly designed professional development, I’ve helped 100’s of leaders and professionals commit to the work of anti-oppression and racial equity, with a deep focus on joy and connection.
